Walls of Tile

There is nothing more luxurious than seeing the tile go all over a wall in a kitchen or bath.

From floor or countertop to ceiling, side wall to side wall in a niche, behind a mirror, spreading to all the edges and stopping there,

at a place where the neatest transition of materials can occur......

Go ahead.....clad the whole wall in tile.  You won't regret it.

I think you've just inspired me to tile a wall in my laundry room that I've always wanted to do! I love tile and it truly can change the whole look of a room! Great post!

Hi Carla - Happy May Day!
I LOVE tiles that go all the way up, too. I just tiled my basement bathroom walls with off-white subway tiles from Home Depot.....they are floor to ceiling. Looks really nice!! Everyone is shocked they are from Home Depot.
Enjoy La Fête du Muguet!!

I will take one of each! I especially love the first and last!
I am a tile freak so this was right up my alley.
Happy Tuesday, Carla.

I have mentioned this to my husband before. I always said forget about the backsplash in the kitchen, I want tiles all the way up the wall if we had a chance to build our dream home. Fabulous inspirations, love every image!

It's such a big commitment but when I look at these pictures I can totally see how it would pay off! Sometimes a bold move is the only move if you know what I mean. Gorgeous!
